Refund & Return Policy

REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At Bodybuilding BD, customer satisfaction, product authenticity, and safe delivery are our top priorities. We carefully inspect and package all products before shipment to ensure quality and accuracy. By placing an order, customers agree to the following return and refund terms.

1. ELIGIBLE RETURN & REFUND CASES

Returns or refunds may be accepted only in the following situations:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product damaged during shipping
  • Product received in visibly tampered condition
  • Missing items from confirmed order
  • Incorrect quantity delivered

2. RETURN REQUEST TIMEFRAME

Customers must report any issue within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.

To process a return or claim, customers must provide:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos or videos of the product
  • Packaging condition images
  • Shipping label image (if applicable)

Claims submitted after the allowed timeframe may not qualify for return or refund review.

3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For health, hygiene, and authenticity protection reasons, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Opened supplements
  • Used products
  • Damaged products caused after delivery
  • Change-of-mind purchases
  • Incorrect orders placed by customers

Products with broken seals, altered packaging, or signs of misuse may not qualify for refund approval.

4. EXPIRY & PRODUCT QUALITY

We aim to ensure that products have reasonable usability before delivery. Unless specifically mentioned otherwise, products are generally supplied with sufficient expiry validity suitable for normal customer use.

5. REFUND PROCESSING

If a refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed through the original payment method whenever possible
  • Processing time may take approximately 5–7 business days depending on the payment provider or banking system

Shipping or transaction charges may be non-refundable in certain cases.

6. PRODUCT AUTHENTICITY SUPPORT

At BODYBUILDING BD, we prioritize authentic sourcing and customer confidence. Many of our products are sourced through direct import arrangements, authorized distributors, and verified international supply channels.

Customers are encouraged to verify:

  • Batch numbers
  • Expiry dates
  • Seal condition
  • Packaging quality
  • Manufacturer details

7. ORDER REFUSAL & FRAUD PROTECTION

BODYBUILDING BD reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit orders suspected of:

  • Fraudulent activity
  • Unauthorized transactions
  • Abuse of refund policy
  • Suspicious purchasing behavior
